1. Services Offered

ProjectDiv.com provides professional digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

  • Brand Strategy and Consulting

The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal, which must be signed by both parties before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

  • Currency: All payments are processed in USD (United States Dollar).
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • Invoices: You will receive an invoice for services before work begins. Payment is required prior to the start of any project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Retainer Agreements: Ongoing services (such as SEO or digital marketing retainers) require monthly payments. Terms of retainer agreements will be outlined in a separate contract.
  • Late Payments: Payments not received within 14 days of the invoice date may incur a late fee of 5%. Failure to make payment after 30 days may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Project Timelines

The timeline for each project will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Client’s delay in providing feedback, content, or other necessary inputs
  • Third-party issues outside of our control (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars)
  • Unforeseen technical issues

Any delays on the client’s part may result in an extension of the agreed-upon timeline.

4. Revisions and Approval

  • Revisions: We offer 2 rounds of revisions on deliverables such as web design, SEO reports, or content. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $90 USD per hour.
  • Client Approval: Once the client has approved a deliverable, any further changes will be treated as new work and subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by Client: You may cancel a project at any time before work has begun for a full refund. If the project is already in progress, we will retain a percentage of the total project fee based on the work completed.
  • Termination by ProjectDiv.com: We reserve the right to terminate services if payment is not received on time or if the client violates any part of these Terms. Any unpaid fees at the time of termination will be immediately due.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Client Ownership: Upon full payment, all final deliverables, including website designs, SEO reports, and digital assets, will become the property of the client.
  • ProjectDiv.com Ownership: We retain the ownership of all preliminary designs, drafts, and proprietary methodologies used during the course of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Third-Party Licenses: Any third-party assets (e.g., stock photos, plugins, or software) used in the project may be subject to additional licensing agreements. It is the client’s responsibility to adhere to these licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProjectDiv.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any delays in project delivery. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances will be limited to the total amount you have paid us for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us confidential. This includes business plans, marketing strategies, and internal data. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

9. Website Security and Payment Information

  • Security: We take the security of your website and payment information seriously. Our site uses SSL encryption to protect sensitive data during transmission.
  • Payment Information: All payments are processed securely through a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. We do not store credit card information directly on our servers.

10. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:
